Contact Us
Whether you have a question about how we review casinos, a concern about content on this site, or something else entirely, this page explains how to reach us and what to expect when you do.
Who We Are
American Casinos is an independent comparison and review platform built for US players. We research and evaluate online casinos available in the United States, covering everything from welcome bonuses and game libraries to licensing, payment methods and responsible gambling tools. We are not a casino, we do not accept wagers, and we do not handle deposits or withdrawals on behalf of any operator.
Our editorial team is commercially independent. We may earn a commission if you visit a casino through a link on this site, but that relationship does not determine how we rate or rank any operator. For more on how we work, visit our About Us page.
What You Can Contact Us About
- Editorial queries — questions or feedback about a specific review, rating or piece of content on the site
- Factual corrections — if you believe something we have published is inaccurate or out of date, let us know and we will look into it promptly
- Responsible gambling concerns — if you are worried about your own gambling or someone else's, we can point you to the right resources. Our Responsible Gambling page also has direct links to support organisations available in the US
- Business and partnership enquiries — if you represent a casino or affiliate network and want to discuss listing or commercial arrangements, please reach out and we will respond through the appropriate channel
- General questions — anything else related to the site, its content or the casinos we cover
What We Cannot Help With
Because we are a review and comparison site rather than a casino operator, there are some things we are not able to assist with directly:
- Account issues, login problems or technical faults at a specific casino — these need to be directed to that casino's own customer support team
- Disputes about withdrawals, bonuses or gameplay — contact the casino directly, and if unresolved, the relevant state gaming authority
- Legal or financial advice of any kind
If you have a complaint about a licensed casino, the appropriate body depends on the state where the casino operates. State gaming commissions handle formal complaints and have authority over licensed operators.
Responsible Gambling — Where to Get Help Now
If gambling has stopped being enjoyable, or is affecting your finances, relationships or wellbeing, please reach out to a support service rather than waiting. You do not need to be in crisis to ask for help.
- National Council on Problem Gambling (NCPG) — Helpline: 1-800-522-4700, available 24 hours a day, seven days a week
- Gamblers Anonymous — peer support meetings across the US, available at gamblersanonymous.org
- State self-exclusion programmes — if you want to block yourself from licensed online casinos in your state, contact your state gaming regulator or the casino directly to enrol
Our Responsible Gambling page has more detail on deposit limits, spending controls and how to set them up before you play.
Our Editorial Standards
We only cover casinos that hold valid licences in the jurisdictions where they operate. Every recommendation on this site comes with at least one genuine limitation — we do not produce promotional write-ups that hide the weaknesses of an operator. If something has changed since our last review, we welcome corrections through the contact form above.
Our Terms and Conditions set out the full terms under which this site operates, including how we handle data and the basis on which content is published.
Response Times
We aim to respond to all genuine enquiries within two to three business days. Editorial and factual correction requests are prioritised. Business enquiries may take a little longer depending on volume. We do not respond to unsolicited bulk outreach or requests to publish unreviewed content.
